Q1. What are your terms of packing?A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral carton boxes. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?A: 1.T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.2.Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram, TT. About the Paypal, you need to pay more for the commission by about 5 %.
Q3. What are your terms of price?A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q4. How about your delivery time?A: Generally, it will take 7 to15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?A: We can supply the sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost fist.If you then place orders from us, the sample cost can be returned to you.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?A: Yes, we have 100% test by our QC Department before delivery
